Not only does The Fringe's commitment to ongoing education allow our stylists to create exceptionally executed and fashion forward looks for all of our clients but it keeps us inspired, motivated and truly passionate about our craft.
Part of The Fringe's employment requirements is that each stylist attends a minimum number of educational events each year. To support that objective, as part of our company's compensation, The Fringe stylists receive an annual education allowance and we have priority seating in the vast array of Redken Education classes and programs offered, enabling us to customize an education plan for each of our stylists, based on their needs and interests. The proceeds from our retail sales go toward the funding of this curriculum.
