Fifteen years ago I was a young professional looking for a new stylist. Someone I could go to, tell them if I want my hair short or long, and voila - I would have one of the most current haircuts that was also suitable for the boardroom. Jo Anne Dicken made all this happen. She gave me some of the hippest looks that I could easily transform for the workplace myself. Now, years later, I am a 'mature' professional and a mother of two, and Jo Anne still finds something swank for me every time. It is not just the cuts themselves, but the entire experience. I have been a client of Connie's at The Fringe for approximately 16 years and in all those years I have never walked out the door unhappy with a new cut, color, style or even a perm ( okay that was many years ago). From the moment you walk in the door you are warmly welcomed and yet professionalism is always maintained. In all the years I have been going to The Fringe I have seen very little turnover of staff and I think that speaks to the fact that staff are happy and this is reflected in the atmosphere in the salon. All the stylists are up to date on the latest style and cutting techniques and excited to share their expertise with clients.
