A great career as a 'Fringette'? You bet! The Fringe has been recognised for our outstanding salon practices garnering a nomination for the Global Salon Business Awards. In addition, having graduated from the innovative Summit Systems Salon management program, we offer a unique approach to a salon career. We have a culture of positive growth, true team-based systems, innovative hours, education allowances and shareholders opportunities.

Our stylists operate within a level system, which establishes their prices and pay rates and is based upon years of experience and levels of education. With clearly defined goals outlined, there is no limit to one’s growth at The Fringe, as you can move freely through the levels and enjoy at the pinnacle, your own Associate, which is rewarding in not only mentoring a new member of this amazing industry but potentially doubling your earnings.

Our apprentices participate in an Associate Program where they work one on one with a higher-level stylist learning every trick of the trade (and pitfall to avoid) that has brought them success. It's a ten month program and one must be licensed, registered as an apprentice or currently in hair school but offers in invaluable shortcut to the learning, confidence and earning potential of our new stylists.

Even our reception team have a career oriented approach, participating in their own unique level system whose goals support the growth of not only the service providers but the salon. With great hours and an awesome team to work with, a career in Salon Guest services can be challenging and rewarding.
