Salon Policies

Please give 24 hours notice of appointment cancellations. This allows us time to contact and schedule those guests on our waiting list. Failure to provide this window of time may result in a cancellation charge or the necessity to pre-pay your next appointment.

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including your clothing or accessories. Please keep valuables with you. Hangers are provided for your garments during your service. We ask that you wear a gown, provided for your protection.

We understand how busy life is these days, but in order to maintain a relaxing environment for all our guests, except for brief use, please refrain from cell phone use and from bringing guests along for your appointments. In addition, the salon is not always safe for children or babies. Please do not bring them to an appointment.

We pride ourselves on punctuality and our schedule is designed to permit the correct amount of time needed to complete your service. If you are late, every effort will be made to accommodate you, however we will not start your service until we have taken care of guests who have arrived on time.
